RABGEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABGEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,217 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABGEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-193P, WSPAR, and RNU6-492P. Each is linked with RABGEF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGEF1-to-partner and partner-to-RABGEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-193P grouped by RABGEF1-low versus RABGEF1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABGEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABGEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
