Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RABGAP1L mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,142 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABGAP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP34, SATB2, and SCN4A. Each is linked with RABGAP1L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGAP1L-to-partner and partner-to-RABGAP1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP34 grouped by RABGAP1L-low versus RABGAP1L-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABGAP1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABGAP1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
