Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RABGAP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RABGAP1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher RABGAP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RABGAP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
THYM, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RABGAP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
