Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABGAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,264 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RABGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCL, ZBTB6, and SET. Each is linked with RABGAP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RABGAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RABGAP1 versus PDCL in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
