RABGAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RABGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with RABGAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RABGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by RABGAP1-low versus RABGAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
