Across TCGA cell cohorts, RABGAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,440 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABGAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA transport, mRNA export from nucleus, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with RABGAP1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RABGAP1 results are reported.
