RABGAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RABGAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RABGAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are STOML3, OR52K1, and PPDPFL. Each is linked with RABGAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RABGAP1-to-partner and partner-to-RABGAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STOML3 grouped by RABGAP1-low versus RABGAP1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RABGAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RABGAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
