RAB9B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB9B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,444 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB9B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, TCEAL1, and SORBS1. Each is linked with RAB9B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB9B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB9B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB9B versus HDGFL3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
