Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB9B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,641 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB9B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAG, NANOGP11, and NRXN2-AS1. Each is linked with RAB9B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB9B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB9B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB9B versus MAG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
