Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB9B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 703 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB9B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ57, RNU6-452P, and MIR802. Each is linked with RAB9B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB9B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB9B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ57 grouped by RAB9B-low versus RAB9B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB9B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB9B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
