Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB9AP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,838 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB9AP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of secretion, Regulation of exocytosis, and Regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis. Each is linked with RAB9AP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB9AP4-to-partner and partner-to-RAB9AP4 results are reported.
