Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB9AP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAB9AP4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher RAB9AP4 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB9AP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

ESCA, THCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where RAB9AP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
