Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB9A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB9A data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RAB9A Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB9A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where RAB9A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
