RAB9A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB9A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,451 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB9A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SYAP1, USP9X, and CTPS2. Each is linked with RAB9A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB9A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB9A versus SYAP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
