Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB9A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,983 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLH3, FRZB, and TMEM30B. Each is linked with RAB9A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB9A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB9A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB9A versus MLH3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
