RAB9A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB9A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,555 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB9A-associated genes across cancer lineages are OFD1, TCEANC, and SYAP1. Each is linked with RAB9A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB9A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB9A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB9A versus OFD1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB9A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB9A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
