RAB8B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB8B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,122 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RALGAPB, FOXN2, and DENND5A. Each is linked with RAB8B in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB8B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB8B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB8B versus RALGAPB in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
