RAB8B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB8B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,853 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB8B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT10C, WIPF1, and ARHGEF6. Each is linked with RAB8B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB8B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB8B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB8B versus TRMT10C in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
