Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB8B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,614 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAC2, SAMSN1, and TAGAP. Each is linked with RAB8B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB8B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB8B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB8B versus RAC2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
