Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB8B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,292 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB8B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of corticotropin secretion, Positive regulation of corticotropin secretion, and Protein import into peroxisome membrane. Each is linked with RAB8B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB8B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB8B results are reported.
