RAB7B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,619 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB7B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLS3, PICALM, and CNN2. Each is linked with RAB7B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB7B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB7B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB7B versus PLS3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
