Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB7B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,486 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB7B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Late endosome to Golgi transport, Negative regulation of amino acid metabolic process, and Negative regulation of amino acid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RAB7B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB7B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB7B results are reported.
