RAB6D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB6D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB6D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1267, UBR7, and LGALS3. Each is linked with RAB6D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB6D-to-partner and partner-to-RAB6D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1267 grouped by RAB6D-low versus RAB6D-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB6D→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB6D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
