Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB6D RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAB6D data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RAB6D RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB6D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BRCA show a favorable association.

LUSC, KIRC, and UVM are the cancer types where RAB6D RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
