RAB6B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB6B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,023 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB6B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UCHL1, SDF2, and MAP1B. Each is linked with RAB6B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB6B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB6B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB6B versus UCHL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
