Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB6B RNA is linked to patient survival in 29 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RAB6B data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RAB6B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB6B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and PAAD show a favorable association.

KIRC, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where RAB6B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
