Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB6B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,055 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPN1, ULBP1, and PEX5L. Each is linked with RAB6B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB6B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB6B versus RPN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
