Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB6B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,775 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1169P, H3C10, and TAF9. Each is linked with RAB6B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB6B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1169P grouped by RAB6B-low versus RAB6B-high in READ.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
