Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB5C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB5C data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher RAB5C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB5C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

THYM, BLCA, and CESC are the cancer types where RAB5C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
