RAB5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,210 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB5A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DYNC1LI1, PDCD6IP, and MKRN2. Each is linked with RAB5A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB5A versus DYNC1LI1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
