RAB5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB5A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and eIF4E. Each is linked with RAB5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by RAB5A-low versus RAB5A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
