RAB5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,637 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB5A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Amyloid-beta clearance by transcytosis, Protein localization to early endosome, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with RAB5A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB5A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Amyloid-beta clearance by transcytosis grouped by RAB5A-low versus RAB5A-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
