RAB4B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB4B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,646 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB4B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Rab protein signal transduction, Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Early endosome to Golgi transport. Each is linked with RAB4B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB4B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB4B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rab protein signal transduction grouped by RAB4B-low versus RAB4B-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
