Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB4A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB4A data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where higher RAB4A mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB4A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and PDAC show a favorable association.

GBM, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where RAB4A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
