RAB4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,007 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPNT1, BROX, and BTK. Each is linked with RAB4A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB4A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB4A versus BPNT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
