Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB4A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,449 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYB5R1, PLEKHA6, and CD46. Each is linked with RAB4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB4A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB4A versus CYB5R1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
