RAB4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,839 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTTY8B, YTHDF3-AS1, and HSPE1-MOB4. Each is linked with RAB4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB4A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTTY8B grouped by RAB4A-low versus RAB4A-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
