RAB4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB4A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, HER3_pY1289, and Ku80. Each is linked with RAB4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB4A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by RAB4A-low versus RAB4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
