The most reproducible RAB4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial transmembrane transport, Mitochondrial transport, and Regulation of potassium ion transport. Each is linked with RAB4A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB4A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB4A results are reported.
