Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB44 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,951 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB44-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF3R, HCAR3, and MEFV. Each is linked with RAB44 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB44-to-partner and partner-to-RAB44 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB44 versus CSF3R in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB44→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB44) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
