Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB44 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,542 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB44-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with RAB44 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB44-to-partner and partner-to-RAB44 results are reported.
