Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB42P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,757 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB42P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1_S576, HNRNPK, and UBR7. Each is linked with RAB42P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB42P1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB42P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB42P1 versus MTA1_S576 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB42P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB42P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
