Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB42P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,798 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB42P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of generation of precursor metabolites and energy, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with RAB42P1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB42P1-to-partner and partner-to-RAB42P1 results are reported.
