RAB41

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,110 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FKBP11, MZB1, and PHF6. Each is linked with RAB41 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB41-to-partner and partner-to-RAB41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB41 versus FKBP11 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB41→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
