RAB41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB41 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB41-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, p70-S6K, and PKC-delta_pS664. Each is linked with RAB41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB41-to-partner and partner-to-RAB41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by RAB41-low versus RAB41-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB41→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
