Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB40C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB40C data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher RAB40C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB40C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CESC, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RAB40C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
