RAB40C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB40C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,421 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB40C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are JPT2, VAV1, and PPP1R18. Each is linked with RAB40C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB40C-to-partner and partner-to-RAB40C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB40C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB40C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
