The most reproducible RAB40C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with RAB40C in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB40C-to-partner and partner-to-RAB40C results are reported.
