RAB40B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB40B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,392 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB40B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FN3K, SEC24A, and SMC1A. Each is linked with RAB40B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB40B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB40B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB40B versus FN3K in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB40B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB40B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
