Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB40B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB40B-associated genes across cancer lineages are LUC7L3, KCTD10, and SLC29A1. Each is linked with RAB40B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB40B-to-partner and partner-to-RAB40B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB40B versus LUC7L3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB40B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB40B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
